LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS 2025

A reminder of our last order dates for Christmas 2025 delivery -

• UK Delivery:  The last date to place your order online for delivery prior to Christmas in the UK is 23.59 on THURSDAY 11TH DECEMBER 2025.
• International Shipping:  The last order date is 23.59 on FRIDAY 5th DECEMBER 2025.

Orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, and will be fulfilled in the New Year.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES:

Each Thomas Slim item is made to order, with a 2 WEEK lead time (excluding delivery). Products are crafted in our own workshops and carefully prepared before they leaves us.

• UK
  • We provide Royal Mail signed-for delivery – please allow 2 – 3 working days:
    • Orders over £50 - Free shipping
    • Orders under £50 - £5 shipping fee

• EU
• We provide Royal Mail International tracked delivery – please allow 5 - 10 working days:
• Orders over £50 - £5 shipping fee
• Orders under £50 - £10 shipping fee

• Rest of the World
  • We provide Royal Mail International tracked delivery – please allow up to 18 additional working days:
    • £15 shipping fee on all orders
      
• US
  • We have temporarily halted shipping orders to the US whilst we work with a fulfillment company to provide a cost-effective and efficient delivery service.
    • We will be launching a dedicated Thomas Slim store shortly to serve all our US customers – www.thomasslim.com

These are standard delivery times but if you require your order more quickly, do contact our customer service at ask@thomasslim.co.uk and we can assess what options might be possible.

When we have dispatched your order, an email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase is on its way.

CUSTOMS & VAT:

• Please be aware that on International orders, customs and import duties may be applied when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
• Do look out for an email or paper slip from your local customs office or post office to process these charges.
• If your parcel is held in customs, please note that we do not have control over this and you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office for further assistance.

• Do be aware that this is an independent resource and not controlled or updated by us.

RETURNS:

• Each of our products carries with it Thomas Slim’s unique Guarantee of Quality. Should any product not live up to your expectations, we will offer you a complete refund.
• Should such a case ever arise, please contact our Customer Service team on ask@thomasslim.co.uk to arrange the return of the item and begin the refund process.

PERSONALISED ENGRAVED ITEMS:

• Items featuring personalisation are non-refundable unless there is a clear and indisputable defect in the product.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND: 

• Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving your returned item.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method, minus any delivery charges (where applicable).
• Your card provider may take a further 4–7 working days to reflect the refund.
• For security reasons, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s card.
