Refund policy

If, within 28 days of delivery of the products to you, you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason whatsoever, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products to the vendor, Thomas Slim London.

You must inform Thomas Slim of your decision to cancel prior to returning the products and can do so by using the online Contact Us form, or emailing ask@thomasslim.co.uk. Returned items must be shipped back to Thomas Slim, so that they are received by Thomas Slim within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to you. The products must be packaged in the original packaging or in a similar format that will protect them from any damage during transit.  If this process is not followed, Thomas Slim reserves the right not to reimburse the customer. Nevertheless, Thomas Slim shall always reimburse the customer if the return complies with the requirements of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • You inform us of the return using the Contact Us form, or emailing ask@thomasslim.co.uk;
  • The returned products have not been used, worn, washed or modified;
  • The returned products are returned to Thomas Slim in their original packaging; 
  • The returned products are shipped back so that they are received by Thomas Slim within 28 days of the date on which we delivered the products to you.

The returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. You are responsible for returned products that get lost or damaged in transit when they are being returned to us.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the returned products redelivered to you at your own expense. If you elect not to have the returned products redelivered to you, Thomas Slim reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

  • Items featuring personalisation are non-refundable unless there is a clear and indisputable defect in the product

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES

After Thomas Slim has received the returned products and checked that they meet the requirements for return set out above, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used, Thomas Slim will refund you all payments received from you for such cancelled purchase.

You may be liable for any diminution in the value of the returned products caused by your handling of the products; Thomas Slim may, at its discretion, deduct from any refund for returned such amounts to reflect this diminution in value caused by your handling of the products.

Any refund will be sent to your bank account or credited to your credit or debit card.
